IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF POLK COUNTY, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR SHERIFF AND GET PERMISSION PRIOR TO REGISTRATION. IF YOU TAKE THE COURSE BEFORE YOU MEET WITH YOUR SHERIFF, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THEM.
