Women's Self Protection Courses
This comprehensive Safety program, taught by a Law Enforcement Officer and Training Specialists instructor's. This Program is a 4 hour course designed to provide students with practical ways to protect themselves and deter an attack. We cover how to do a security survey at home. We will instruct you on how to protect yourself at work, jogging, ATM machines, car jacking, harassing phone calls, and stalking prevention. You will know what to do if your being followed on foot or in your vehicle. We will talk about how to secure your home, and travel tips while your on vacation.
Personal Protection Safety Program

Physical Self Defense Program
This is a 4 hour course once a week for 3 weeks
Can you survive an attack? The second program of our Personal Safety Program is a hands-on defensive tactics course
instructed by a Law Enforcement officer and Training Specialists Instructors. Using practical and mental applications for self-protection, students will strike, punch and kick instructors. Practicing repetitive self-defense techniques assist in retention for use when you need it! Instruction of defensive spray and noise devices is also covered. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.
