Current Permit to Carry Holders are not grandfathered in for the new 2011 Permit to Carry.

 

Everyone has to complete a Re-Qualifying classroom course and submit paper work to your Sheriff  at least 30 days prior to your expiration date on your current permit.   If you forget and turn it in 29 days or closer to your expiratioin date, it is considered a new permit and you will be required to take a new Permit to Carry Course and you pay the full $50.00.

 

We recommend to take our 1 hour requalifuing classroom course 60 days prior so as not to miss the dead line. 

 

Professional Permit to Carry will remain a 1 year permit and will have to shoot a re-qualifying course before renewing.  No change to this permit.
